Having an on-line presence may never be more important

If you are a job seeker (active or passive) you have probably heard that it is important to build your on-line reputation.  Have you begun?  The facts are in.  79% of hiring managers are searching for information about candidates on-line.  Furthermore, 85 percent of the recruiting professionals polled said that they were positively influenced when they found favorable information online.

Thanks to a study commissioned by Microsoft and NETSHARE.com, I will share with you the findings.  

How did these surveyed recruiters and hiring managers use the information they found on-line?
